Serica House is a luxury silk loungewear and sleepwear brand operating through sericahouse.com. Our range includes silk robes, pajamas, slip dresses, eye masks, and gifting sets crafted from premium mulberry silk. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Eligibility
To place an order you must be at least 18 years of age, provide accurate personal and payment information, and have legal authority to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Products & Descriptions
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. Minor variations in stitching or finishing are characteristic of artisanal production and are not defects. All products are subject to availability without prior notice.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in USD and exclude taxes, duties, and shipping. Payment is processed securely through our third-party providers — we do not store your card details. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and offer a full refund.
5. Orders & Contract Formation
A binding contract forms only when we send your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Cancelled orders are refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders $500 and above — shipped via DHL Express
- Orders under $500 — shipped via 4PX or UPS

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 14 days for unworn items with tags attached. Eye masks, final sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Prior authorisation required — email hello@sericahouse.com before sending anything back.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — photography, designs, copy, logo — is the exclusive property of Serica House. No content may be reproduced or used commercially without our prior written consent.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, transmit harmful code, impersonate our brand, or resell our products without authorisation.
10. Gift Cards
Valid for 12 months from purchase. Non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
11. Promotions & Discount Codes
One code per order. Cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to sale items. Non-transferable and have no cash value.
12. Limitation of Liability
Serica House is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, carrier disruptions, or government restrictions.
