Processing Time
All orders are carefully inspected, wrapped in our signature tissue, and dispatched within 5-7 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Carriers
- Orders of $500 and above — DHL Express
All orders totalling $500 or more are shipped exclusively via DHL Express, offering premium door-to-door delivery with full tracking, priority handling, and faster transit times. - Orders under $500 — 4PX or UPS
Orders under $500 are shipped via 4PX or UPS depending on your delivery destination and the most efficient routing available at the time of dispatch. Both carriers provide full tracking and reliable international delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times

- UPS (orders under $500): 5–10 business days internationally

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. Duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Even we use DDP method to ship, but it still can cause duties and taxes sometimes. The receipient will be responsible for duties and taxes if happen.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
