We want you to love every piece from Serica House. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy.
Our Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
We understand that silk requires a delicate first impression — please try garments with care, over underwear where appropriate, to preserve their return eligibility.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Eye masks and intimate accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gifts
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@sericahouse.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at hello@sericahouse.com.
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund.
Exchanges
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost. Email us at hello@sericahouse.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.
Gift Returns
Items received as gifts can not be returned.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For higher-value pieces, we recommend using a trackable service — Serica House cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
